Team A3 Oi yah oi! It's not about how long you've known each other, it's how you can work as a team with the people around you though you've just known each other for just a few hours. That feeling just blows me away, even when all else fails, you know one thing for sure that your team's there to help you up. Seriously, this was the first time i ever took control of 11 students by myself and as a leader, as a senior. And knowing that most of them are like at the range of my age is super scary cause they won't have the respect to show it to you. Being a leader is really not an easy job, it needs time and a lot, a lot of patiences. It sure scares the shit out of me but i was willing to take the risk, to be brought down and then brought up again. This leadership skills had taught me a lot about sacrificing. That particular night i had to stay up until 2am just to make sure my team got their night supper and until they've gotten them then i was able to sleep. Not that i'm boasting but really, i won't even bother to do that if i wasn't a good leader right ?
The best, Team A3
