Mood: 
Despite my blocked nose and a cough, i actually made it through today's work. Usually i won't bother to go but today, i just feel like going. I took off for tomorrow because i was planing to go shopping with Hadi badly. Like seriously i've been craving to shop!!
So, today's work was tiring especially if you have bloody damn fussy customers. I hate the feeling of being bullied, especially if i'm trying to do my work and some customer just try to persuade me to break the rules.
Especially changing of the tea bags. Rule states that i'm NOT suppose to change the tea bags for re-fills. Some customers just don't fcuking get it, they keep on bugging me to change the tea bags.
Situation 1
Our teabags doesn't come from Singapore. One cup of coffee cost $3.50, Hot teas cost $4. So, think about it, if one person bought a tea and wants to change a tea bag, we lose $4. If 4 cups, equals to $16.
Customer A: 'Can you help me change the tea bags, it's dirty already.'
- I don't care. Who the hell ask you to dirty the teabag if you knew you wanted a re-fill.
Customer B: ' I use this teabag already, can help me change it ?'
- The teabag can be re-use again for ATLEAST two times!!
Customer C: *waves* Help me re-fill and change the tea bags.
Myself: I'm so sorry (which i'm not) I can only re-fill but i can't change the tea bags!
Customer C: I don't care, i want you to change it. I can't tell which is mine.
. there were 4cups and all wants re-fill. By right, his cup was just right infront of him and he can't tell ? (WTF)
Myself: I'll just separate yours from the others. (fake smile)
Customer C: No no, i don't want. I want a new tea bag for all cups!! (angry already) AND WASH ALL THE CUPS FOR ME, i can't tell which is which. (-.-)!
Situation 2
Sometimes being nice have a limit, if the customer just gives you shit, how am i suppose to return with a good service. I was taught to put customer's first like taking their orders and then, i was asked to repeat their orders, to confirm that all orders are correct. If the orders goes wrong, they blame us.
Myself: Hi mdm, May i take your order please. (smile)
Customer A: Can you hold on, i'm still thinking.
- How can i tell, you were looking at me.!
When i look away...........
Customer A: *waiting* excuse me, why are you still still standing there, i want to order!
- Oh, you were ready ?
Myself: *Repeat order* Is that all, sir ?
Customer B: YES, can you please hurry up! >.<
- ZOMG! So so fcuking impatient.......
Myself: Here's your change, mdm.
Customer C: ey, i give you $50, why i got $23.
So, i had my calculation wrong...... I apologize over and over again, but all she gave was, this annoying angry face.
Situation 3
I hate those fancy rich kind, they just look down on such people. Believe me, you can see plenty at my work place. I try to serve at my best, but if they can't be patient, then i can't be at my best.
Customer A: Excuse me, can i have my food ?
- Impatient people, it's only been 5min since he arrived and had his order. -.-!
Customer B: Is this cup clean? What about this fork and knife ?
- Du-uh! We shampoo them with soap and water and even put them into the dishwasher. How clean you want it to be ?!!
Actually there's more but i'm already getting tired, i'll continue again some day.
