Don's mini surprise birthday celebration

A big thank you to hearts, ain and kon. Without you, the surprise wont had make it. Thank you once again and the leaving us for our own privacy was cute. I didnt really expected it but it brought me and don a little more closer. Seriously i think i look horrible. Oh well, i was in the rush somehow. A last minute, i bought a cute choco cruch cake for him and a present which consist a tee, it wrote "i walked the bridge". I bought the tee long time ago when the first few weeks i knew Don. Yes, very long time ago.

Anyway love, happy 5month. haha!
