Batam trip

I've finally came back from Batam. Its quite an interesting journey but except for the fact the mum force me to cut my hair there. A total pissed off with her until i complained that the haircut wasnt a nice one to the person who cuts my hair. Its my hair, not hers. And even shes my mum, still i have the right to do whatever i want good for my hair. Im already sixteen, im old enough to make my own choice and i hate people forcing. But she made me feel better after buying some gifts for me.

I dont know how its like to live in Batam, but after going around with the places. Its really quite scary but interesting at the same time. I dont really expect to have people wandering around asking for money or even sell secondhand clothings, cloths which were used or wear, around the streets. Small kids selling cigarettes(?), some men playing his guitar while people were eating and asked for money in return. woaah, sounds so awful, cause simply im not used to it. I also didnt know they have either car taxi or motor taxi. Everytime i get out from a shopping mall, i see so many motors, waiting outside. And when i passed those men, they'll asked, "mau ke mana?" or "mau diantar?". Like taxi people always do, something like that.

You should really see the surrounding of the area and the way they drive their cars/motors. They kept beeping their cars everywhere and its kind of irritating. they even parked their cars anywhere/ anyhow. And i've never been to such place full of smokes cigarettes in an air-conditioning mall. I could hardly breathe in those areas. On Hari Raya Haji, it was my first time watching the goots being sacrificed. It was a pity at first, for me. Cause im an animal lover. And its really really full of sadness, when the goot makes so much noise while being killed. I could see so many bloods oozing out from the throat. The people there who lived in kampong villages are so friendly, they invited us for lunch. Since my grandfather was the one who ordered to build the mosque there. They had a certain respect for him. After such a long journey, we had our ferry ticket booked at 3.10. So, home sweet home.
